// pricing

Your comp ÷ 5,000 per session. That’s the whole model.

A 30-minute session costs your total annual compensation divided by 5,000, rounded to the nearest $5, with a $20 floor. $100k comp → $20 a session. $250k → $50. Weekly for a full year, that adds up to about 1% of what you earn. It’s the same share whether you’re a new grad or a staff engineer. No packages, no prepayment, cancel anytime.

Why price it this way?

Because the people who most need this kind of coaching are often the ones least able to pay market rates for it, and because I’m not doing this for the revenue. This practice is deliberately small. Pricing as a fixed share of what you earn keeps it fair without means-testing anyone.

The honor system isn’t naive; it’s the point. A coaching relationship runs on trust, and it starts at the first number we talk about.
